Terms of service

What you get

Your membership gives you access to our live online yoga class every weekday at 7:45 am, recordings of past sessions and our members' WhatsApp group, where your class link is shared.

We do our best to run every class as advertised. If we have to cancel or change a session, we will let the group know as soon as we can.

Price and payment

Membership costs €20 per month. You pay by card or another method shown at checkout, through Stripe. Your first payment is taken when you subscribe and your membership then renews automatically every month until you cancel.

If we ever change the price, we will tell you at least 30 days beforehand, and you can cancel before the change applies.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time by emailing danielizabethmoody@gmail.com or messaging Dani on WhatsApp. If you cancel before your next renewal date, you will not be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

Apart from your legal rights below, we do not offer refunds for payments already taken, including part months. Cancelling stops future payments.

If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of subscribing without giving a reason. When you subscribe you ask us to start the service straight away, so if you cancel within those 14 days we will refund your payment minus an amount proportionate to the service you have already received. To use this right, email us a clear statement that you want to cancel.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights, including your right to a remedy if a service is not provided with reasonable care and skill.

Health and safety

Yoga is physical activity. The classes are general in nature and are not medical advice. Speak to your doctor before you start if you have a medical condition, an injury or are pregnant, and stop if something hurts. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for practising in a safe space and within your own limits.

Being part of the club

Please be kind and respectful to Dani and to other members, in the classes and in the WhatsApp group. We may remove anyone who is abusive, disruptive or shares other members' details, and we will not refund payments made by someone removed for that reason.

Content and recordings

The classes, recordings and other material belong to us. Your membership is personal to you and lets you use them for your own practice. Please do not record, copy, share or sell them, or share your access with anyone else.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, and our total liability to you relating to the club will not be more than what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem happened.

Changes to the club or these terms

We may update these terms or change the club's format or schedule. If a change is important, we will tell you in advance and you can cancel before it applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, such as Scotland, Northern Ireland or Spain, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
